On 30 number 2023, a LOFT, an attractive character property currently available for sale at Midi-Pyrénées Sotheby's International Realty, opened its doors to host a convivial evening dedicated to the discovery of talented artists and their know-how.

This spacious 155 m2 LOFT has been completely renovated, making it ideal for both city dwellers and professionals looking for a place with large, open spaces. With its Toulouse charm, pink bricks, high ceilings, mouldings and solid wood flooring, the space has played host to many artists, including Grégoire Mathias and his "Cubisme Diachronique" exhibition. The bootmakers from Toulouse also showcased their exceptional expertise, presenting some of their creations and making a shoe in front of the guests. The famous design house Carl Hansen & Son exhibited its exceptional furniture, while the Toulouse-based brand Heliop presented its watches of character and the Tarn gallery Arts Évasion presented unique sculptures.

We would like to extend our warmest thanks to all the artists who took part in our first Open Evening, as well as to all the guests who helped to make this an unforgettable event. The evening was an opportunity for everyone to discover the potential of this property, which is available for sale, in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
