On 30th November 2023, a distinguished LOFT, currently available for sale through Midi-Pyrénées Sotheby’s International Realty, opened its doors for an exclusive evening dedicated to celebrating the work of talented artisans and their craft.

This 155 m² LOFT, meticulously renovated, represents the perfect fusion of modernity and traditional elegance. With its expansive open-plan spaces, iconic Toulouse pink bricks, soaring ceilings, intricate mouldings, and solid wood flooring, the property offers a unique character that left a lasting impression on all attendees.

The event featured the captivating "Cubisme Diachronique" exhibition by the artist Grégoire Mathias, offering a thought-provoking exploration of cubism in a contemporary light. Local shoemakers showcased their exceptional skills, crafting a bespoke pair of shoes live, providing an intimate insight into their craft. Renowned design house Carl Hansen & Son displayed an exquisite selection of its luxury furniture, while the distinguished Heliop brand unveiled its exceptional timepieces. To further enhance the artistic atmosphere, the Arts Évasion gallery from Tarn presented a curated collection of unique sculptures.
